I just found your blog through the Glut 1 news letter. I too have a non seizure Glut 1 son. Max has been on the diet for 7 years now! For the longest time he was considered the mildest case in Colorado, now he is the 2nd mildest. It is exciting that more and more kids are getting help! Our boys sound so similar, I would love to email you with a few questions if that is okay?
Hi Rebecca,
Wow, 7 years on the diet, that’s awesome! I think I will have more questions for you than the other way around. Yes, we have to represent the mild cases that are probably even more under-diagnosed than the severe ones. Would love to email or chat sometime. I just friended you on Facebook to get the ball rolling.
P.S. I grew up in Durango, CO!
