For 6 servings: Fat 21g, Protein 2.5g, Carbs 2.5g, Fiber 4g, Calories 207
60 Minutes, store in freezer
Combine all ingredients except for the almond butter into a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
Stir the ingredients. If the chocolate isn’t fully melted, microwave for another 30 seconds.
Pour a thin layer of chocolate into the bottom of the mold.
Place a dollop of almond butter in the center with a spoon.
Pour another layer of chocolate to cover the almond butter.
Freeze for an hour. Push pieces out of the mold onto a plate.
