Keto Almond Cheese & Crackers 2 : 1
Makes around 60 crackers depending how how big you cut each one. Average per cracker: Fat 3g, Protein 1g, Carbs .5g, Fiber .5g, Calories 31.
Cheese & Pepperoni
Preheat oven to 350º.
Measure almond flour, salt, olive oil and egg on the scale.
Mix dough together well with a spatula.
Place dough between two pieces of parchment paper. Roll thin with a rolling pin into as close to a rectangle shape as you can get.
Using a pizza cutter, cut out rectangle shapes.
Poke holes into each cracker with a fork. Optional: sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
Store in an airtight container.
