Gluten free almond cracker recipe for when your keto kid just wants a simple snack. Bonus, add favorite toppings like pepperoni.

- 200 g Almond Meal/Flour
- 3 g salt
- 40 g olive oil
- 50 g Egg 1 egg
- 40 g Sesame Seeds optional

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Measure almond flour, salt, olive oil and egg on the scale.
- Mix dough together well with a spatula.
- Place dough between two pieces of parchment paper. Roll thin with a rolling pin into as close to a rectangle shape as you can get.
- Using a pizza cutter, cut out rectangle shapes.
- Poke holes into each cracker with a fork. Optional: sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
- Store in an airtight container.
