This pizza is absolutely delicious! Low-carb, wheat free, grain free, super tasty and somehow way better than a regular pizza. We have tried the cauliflower crust pizzas, the macadamia nut and egg white crust pizzas —but this is the pizza that my keto kid asks for literally every day.
Ingredient: Eggs
Keto Banana Bread
A delicious keto banana bread that uses a real banana in a moderate amount to keep carbs low. Each slice only has about 1.5 grams of net carbs for 12 thin slices. Or 1.7 g of carbs for 10 slices.
Double Chocolate Keto Cupcakes
The main goal with these cupcakes was to create something as chocolatey as possible — while maintaining a cupcake like texture. And of course to also taste amazing. With this recipe we have achieved success! All while still being very low-carb.
Increase the ratio of these low-carb Double Chocolate Keto Cupcakes by adding buttercream frosting. Continue reading “Double Chocolate Keto Cupcakes”

Brownie Bites 3.5 : 1
I have recently discovered hemp seeds and I am a bit excited about the health benefits of them! They are incredibly nutritious, high in fat, low in carbs, and a good source of protein and fiber. They have a mild nutty taste and are full of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. They mix well with macadamia nuts and create a soft chewy texture. I found these to taste soft and cake like. These make a great “on the go treat” or snack for the lunchbox. Continue reading “Brownie Bites 3.5 : 1”
So Delicious Keto Pumpkin Muffin
Pumpkin spice muffins! Low-carb, high fat and perfect for the lunchbox. 3 : 1 ratio.
These So Delicious Keto Pumpkin Muffins have become a standard snack in Drake’s bag for school. Perfect for fall and for having your whole kitchen smell like pumpkin spice!

Hazelnut flour has become my new passion! It isn’t cheap, but it is well worth the price for that rich buttery sweet taste and amazing smell. Who needs scented candles when you can bake with pumpkin spice and hazelnut four. Continue reading “So Delicious Keto Pumpkin Muffin”
Keto Coffee Cake
Low-carb, high-fat coffee cake you can enjoy with your keto kid. 3:1 ratio.
Baking day yesterday resulted in a new recipe that came out better than expected, Keto Coffee cake! It’s a perfect 3:1 ratio snack all on it’s own! and super yummy when paired with berries and cream. I’ve been eating it more than Drake lately (shhh, don’t tell him) while he’s at school. It’s a perfect 3 o’clock-pick-me-up snack with a cup of English breakfast tea or coffee. It almost rivals real a Coffee Cake or Almond Danish. Continue reading “Keto Coffee Cake”
